• Gym Camp Parental Disclaimer Agreement

  • Please read, agree to each part of this parental agreement form, complete the requested details and submit it before bringing your child to Gym Camp. 

      Gym camp is a drop-off setting where parents are not permitted inside the building. Staff will register your children at the front door.

      Cancellation policy - A minimum of two weeks notice shall be given for a full refund. If the cancellation is made between 7-14 days before then a 50% refund will be given. Any cancellation within 7 days of your booking shall no be refunded. We will make considerations in extreme circumstances.

      I hereby give my permission for the qualified coaches employed by Woodstock Gymnastic Club to act in loco parentis in the event of an emergency.

      Any medication must be handed to a member of staff upon arrival and will be administered by trained staff as required.

      At gym camp we aim to use the outdoor spaces for as much as possible (weather permitting) including breaks and lunchtimes, some warm-ups and other team games. Please provide suitable outdoor shoes, ideally trainers, and additional weather specific items - Coats, sunhats, etc.

      Children must come wearing / bring suncream with them during hotter weather. Staff may help younger children apply suncream.

      For Art and Craft we ask that parents send their children with a small pencil case comprising of a pen, pencil and some colouring pens/pencils. NO SCISSORS.

      A nut free snack and packed lunch will be provided by you and brought to camp each day. A refillable water bottle is also required.
